Refund & Cancellation Policy
At W4 Paws, we understand that plans can change - and we always aim to be fair and flexible.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not be charged, and any pre-paid sessions can be rescheduled or refunded in full.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full, as that time has been reserved specifically for your booking.

In the rare event that W4 Paws needs to cancel a walk or visit (for example, due to illness or extreme weather), you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule - whichever you prefer.

Refunds are processed via your original payment method within 5 business days.
This policy helps ensure fairness for all clients and allows us to plan our schedule and provide the best possible care for every dog.
