Refund & Cancellation Policy

At W4 Paws, we understand that plans can change - and we always aim to be fair and flexible.

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not be charged, and any pre-paid sessions can be rescheduled or refunded in full.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full, as that time has been reserved specifically for your booking.

  • In the rare event that W4 Paws needs to cancel a walk or visit (for example, due to illness or extreme weather), you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule - whichever you prefer.

  • Refunds are processed via your original payment method within 5 business days.
     

This policy helps ensure fairness for all clients and allows us to plan our schedule and provide the best possible care for every dog.
